New leadership structure accelerates the ability to help more businesses attract and retain employees
FOUNTAIN INN, SC, March 03, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Southern Benefit Systems (SBS) announced today new changes to their leadership structure, leading the way to giving more businesses the ability to offer healthcare benefits to their employees.
Michael Fox and Josh Hyman will now be the primary owners of SBS, leading the daily operations and continued growth of the company. This planned shift allows founders John Bradley and Jim Taylor to spend more time with their families and friends after years of dedicated focus on helping businesses across the United States.
While John and Jim will no longer have to focus on the day-to-day, they will continue to serve their SBS healthcare benefit clients and will stay involved in the overall strategy of the organization.
With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Michael and Josh use their deep expertise and understanding of the convoluted workings of the healthcare industry to create innovative benefit programs that save companies significant money, while offering more comprehensive and affordable healthcare services to their employees.
In fact, SBS has been able to save new clients over $3M just in the last year. The employees within those companies have saved over $1M in low-to-no cost prescription medications, free surgeries, no-cost wellness programs, and more.
Josh Hyman, a certified advisor of the highly regarded Health Rosetta program, stated, “Many businesses believe they simply can’t afford great healthcare benefits. That’s what the industry has taught them, and they lose out on the best employees. We show them not only can it be done, but they can actually do it without the excessive costs and pain points that are notorious in this business. Their employees are happier and more likely to stay. It’s just wins all around and I absolutely love it.”
