For the 7th Consecutive Year, The Alliance Group Makes the Inc. 5000, at No. 2542 in 2023, With Three-Year Revenue Growth of 214% Percent

VIENNA, VA, September 12, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Inc. revealed last month that The Alliance Group ranks No. 2542 on the 2023 Inc. 5000, its annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The prestigious ranking provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other household name brands gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

“Making the Inc 5000 list is a great achievement. Making it 7 consecutive years is something we are very proud of and is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of the Alliance team. We started Alliance 11 years ago with a goal to be a different company – one where success is shared and people love what they do. That culture is a major factor in our growth and recognition as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation. Thank you to our team and our clients,” said Ed Barrow, Partner at The Alliance Group.

The Inc. 5000 class of 2023 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges. Among this year’s top 500 companies, the average median three-year revenue growth rate ticked up to an astonishing 2,238 percent. In all, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have added 1,187,266 jobs to the economy over the past three years.

For complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, location, and other criteria, go to www.inc.com/inc5000. The top 500 companies are featured in the September issue of Inc. magazine, available on newsstands beginning Tuesday, August 23.

“Running a business has only gotten harder since the end of the pandemic,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “To make the Inc. 5000—with the fast growth that requires—is truly an accomplishment. Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that are building our future.”

“2022 was a milestone year for us as a company as we continued to grow and invest heavily in all of our practice areas. I think what continues to make us unique is the increased depth our clients can pull from across the firm but also the caliber of professionals that represent us. Having top performers in each area of our business is really what’s driven the strong delivery we have. Coupling that with their contributions on how to grow our capabilities while having the right infrastructure has also been key,” said Brian Meadows, Partner at The Alliance Group.

Founded in 2012 by seasoned industry experts Nick Palacio, Ed Barrow, and Chris Rollin, Alliance Group began as an Accounting and Finance Executive search firm. Over the past decade, the company’s dynamic approach and commitment to excellence have led to significant growth and diversification. Recognized as a Top Workplace by the Washington Post for two consecutive years and honored as a Best Place to Work by the Baltimore Business Journal in its debut year of eligibility, Alliance Group’s vibrant culture fosters employee growth and satisfaction. Beyond these accolades, the firm has strategically expanded its services to include client advisory, interim staffing, IT staffing, and financial systems consulting, positioning itself as a comprehensive solution provider in the staffing and advisory landscape. As Alliance Group passes its 10-year milestone, it continues to elevate its role in delivering exceptional human capital solutions and advancing the success of clients and candidates across diverse industries.

More about Inc. and the Inc. 5000:

Methodology
Companies on the 2023 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2019. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2022. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2019 is $100,000; the minimum for 2022 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places.
